I always feel overwhelmed when given an open canvas and asked to illustrate myself. I'm a pretty dynamic person so it's hard to sum it all up in a reasonable fashion… but i guess I'll just take a stab.
Hi, I'm Cat:)
I'm actually in a very interesting place in my life right now… I've been stuck in limbo between thought and action. I'm a firm believer in “actions speak louder than words”… I'm great at communicating and I feel that I have come a long way spiritually and intellectually- especially in the last year, but now here I am, with my head very clear and a healthy spirit, but I need to step it up. Time to make it to the next plateau.
There are all these things I want to accomplish, and I feel that I have a lot to offer to this world- but I can't just talk about it… I need to BE the message, 100%. I feel as if I'm selling myself short, and it's been very frustrating. But the more life I live, the more I get inspired, and I feel like it's really time to challenge myself… stop trying. There is no try! only do or do not! (ohh Yoda, so wise…)
I'm all about planting seeds and I want to fully practice all that I preach-
so I'm working on my credibility and my integrity- really listening to that little voice in my head with everything that I say or do. I've come a long way, but why settle when I can keep growing, right?

I chose the title 'Scallywag' because I love the mythology of the pirate. The vastness of the open sea is like the infinite sea of truth that surrounds us all. Like a pirate navigating through unchared waters in search of the booty, I set my sails into the unknown mystery of the universe- where there's so much beauty to be revealed, endless lessons to be learned, booty to be gained…
I've been floating for a while and it's time for me to raise my sails and really ride out this wind.
So climb aboard- this is my ship:)

**and for those of you who don't speak french, my motto of sorts that is incorporated in my url 'la vie est belle' comes from a little mini poem I wrote:
Oh la vie, c'est la folie… mais n'oubliez-pas
C'est BELLE
*which translates into:
Oh life, it's crazy/mad… but don't forget, it's BEAUTIFUL!
aka don't get too caught up in the negative spectrum of this chaotic world, there's an equal amout of beauty mixed right in- thus is the balance of the universe.
